This code has a very simple error class (see: CodedErrorMessage.h)
that that holds a typed error object (code) and an error message.
This class uses a std::stringstream to hold the text and overloads
the operator<< so that the object may be printed without calling
individual methods (ie: code()/what()) as demonstrated in the
test program.
